Bank Otkritie FC returned the funds of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Alexander Pakhomov, head of the regional network management unit, board member of FC Otkritie, told reporters in Yekaterinburg on Wednesday. "We have absolutely returned all the money that the Central Bank allocated to us. In fact, we returned it. And now we are funding with clients' money, repo," he said.
