This report includes lists of Board of Directors, Medical Staff Officers, Medical Board, Auxiliary officers, Administrative staff and department heads and notable events from the fiscal year. Medical statistics include medical and surgical cases from October 1, 1974 through September 30, 1975, lists of operations, admissions, discharges, and number of births. Financial statistics for the hospital and donations received reported. The 1975 report concludes with a listing of donors.

Comments

There were 35,729 patients discharged during the fiscal year. The hospital had 883 adult/pediatric beds, 101 bassinets, 78 outpatient clinics and approximately 3,300 employees. The hospital celebrated 150 years of service in 1976, this annual report was released in May 1976. There were three programs that the hospital was recognized for: WIC (women, infants and children) program, Detoxification Treatment Center, and Emergency Communication System. The Grace New Haven Hospital School of Nursing last class graduated and is officially closed. The hospital had many renovations including the Memorial Unit, opening of the Primary Care Center, planning for a Comprehensive Cancer Center.
