The iPad Management Mambo: It Takes Two to Tango

The Instructional Technology Group and Yale Library Access Services have implemented a robust, dynamic iPad service supporting more than 200 iPads to eight courses by using collaborative best practices, copious planning methods, and synchronous management techniques. We will describe how other departments can use a similar framework to stand up a mobile device service.
