Abstract
Factors responsible for difficulties in using the strychnidine method for an analysis of nitrate-nitrite content of sea water have been investigated. It has been demonstrated that their effects can be minimized and that the ease of analysis is materially increased by certain modifications, one of which is the adjustment of the concentration of nitrate by dilution to bring the optical density withln the best working range of the photometer used....
