Abstract
When surface water waves propagate over undulating seabed topography, the resulting interaction creates a near-bed velocity field which has important implications for sediment transport. Linear perturbation theory is used here to examine this interaction for the case of two-dimensional oscillatory uniplanar nonseparating flow, in which the surface wave crests are parallel to the crests of the bottom undulations....
