A model that represents a complex local theory concerning the navifacial planetary boundary layer is presented. The model includes the effects of boundary-layer turbulence in stratified (humidity-dependent and salinity-dependent) flow, of mixing due to windgenerated waves at the naviface, and of cloud-dependent radiative heating throughout the layer....
