The title of this annual report is, “Finding the Right Hospital.” The idea expressed is learning more about hospitals in your area to make an informed decision on which hospital is right for you. YNHH’s qualities include teaching and education, advancing medicine, community service, and patient care. The year-end message contains detailed information on developments of the hospital during the year on pages 14-16. Quality of care and patient safety were two main themes of the year. New office of emergency preparedness created as a response to the events of September 11, 2001. Small “In Memoriam” section for physicians who have passed.
Images throughout the report related to patient care. A blue hospital sign is on the cover.
