Kingman Brewster, Jr., Albert W. Snoke, and Charles A. Dana in front of plaque. Writing on plaque, "The Charles A. Dana Clinic and Hospital Diagnostic and Service Building. This facility of the Yale-New Haven Medical Center stands in grateful tribute to the Charles A. Dana Foundation, the New Haven Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, Surdna Foundation, the Women's Auxiliary of Grace-New Haven Hospital, and all other donors to the 1963-64 Medical Center Completion Fund. Dedicated with Appreciation, December 14, 1964."
