Increased wages to nurses and hospital staff. New superintendent, James Hamilton, starting in July. Albert W. Buck, who served as Superintendent for 12 years, will become the Director of the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington. The Dean of the School of Medicine will be added to the Executive Committee next year. Total number of patients admitted 8,437. Total number of patients treated last year was 19,687. The average cost for patients was $47.75 per week and private pavilion was $60.00 per week.
